Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to support a government customer in Tampa, FL. The PM will liaise with senior customer levels, craft plans and deliverables, and ensure adherence to schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities include reviewing technical and financial reports, communicating issues and progress, and coordinating stakeholder briefings. Requires TS/SCI with CI poly, a Master’s in Business Management, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly.
• Master's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 20+ years in the discipline with 12+ years supporting SOF or interagency units.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification demonstrated.
• Strong strategic advisory capabilities for defense planners.

Responsibilities

• Governs program execution across Task Order, aligning with priorities.
• Interfaces with customer executives to review plans and deliverables.
• Reviews cost, schedule, and performance data to drive corrective actions.
• Prepares monthly status reports and briefings for leadership.
• Oversees travel, budget, and personnel administration on the order.
