Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a Senior Security Program Manager to lead standardization and maturation of security planning worldwide, driving risk governance and performance measurement. You will partner with security leaders to translate policy into actionable site procedures and manage key vendor relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, experience with cross-functional initiatives, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel and on-site work at multiple sites are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications desirable (ASIS PSP/CPP, PMP).
  • 8+ years in project/program management, risk governance, or related role.
  • Exposure to corporate physical security domains and related areas such as risk, resilience, business continuity, health & safety, GRC.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs from ideation through delivery.
  • Vendor and budget management (operating and capital) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drives standardization and maturity in planning and implementation of security programs and initiatives.
  • Sustains enterprise security risk management policy framework and enabling tools.
  • Tracks KPIs/metrics and reports program health to executives.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships to align security with business goals.
  • Oversees vendor relationships and performance; manages budgets.
