Job summary

OpenAI seeks a CorpSec Program Manager to advance and coordinate global corporate security operations. You will design scalable, cross-functional programs protecting people, facilities, and infrastructure across the organization.

This role requires exceptional program management, collaboration, and the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives within the Special Projects function, interfacing with Legal, IT, and other teams to ensure readiness and alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security operations, program management, or a related field within corporate or high-technology environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across geographies.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems, vendor management, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and global implementation of Corporate Security programs, runbooks, SOPs, and decision-making frameworks.
• Oversee and coordinate initiatives across all Corporate Security pillars, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and documentation.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes align with security and business objectives.
• Define and track KPIs for security programs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal teams (Legal, REW, IT, People, Communications) to ensure readiness and integration with priorities.
• Coordinate security vendor and contract-service programs, including documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Global Ops and Protection teams to scale programs and drive governance and readiness.
• Develop and manage documentation, communications, and training materials to strengthen awareness and operational consistency.
• Identify opportunities to scale and improve efficiency through process optimization and technology integration.
• Mentor team members and foster an inclusive, high-performing security culture.
