Job summary

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of security experience, strong policy-writing ability, and expertise in access control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, Emergency Management, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate security or related field.
• Experience administering enterprise access control systems.
• Experience writing policies, procedures, SOPs, or operational documentation.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and advance the firm’s global corporate security program.
• Support security operations across domestic and international offices.
• Draft, revise, and maintain security policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and security analytics.
• Coordinate security initiatives with Facilities, HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.
• Assist in investigations and emergency planning efforts.
• Coordinate with security contractors and vendors on projects.
