Job summary

Chimera Enterprises International is seeking an experienced International Security and Policy Analyst to support CISA international leadership. The role focuses on policy analysis, global trend monitoring, and handling TS/SCI information to inform DHS decisions.

The position is based at a government facility in Arlington, VA with potential telework and travel. Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance and 4–8 years of relevant experience in national security or cyber/infrastructure risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs, National Security, Public Policy, Cybersecurity, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience).
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in policy analysis, international affairs, national security, or cyber/infrastructure risk.
• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required (or TS/SCI eligible).
• Location primarily at Government facility in Arlington, VA, with potential telework and travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy and international security research including classified information as required.
• Monitor global trends affecting cyber and infrastructure security; identify emerging issues.
• Prepare analytical summaries, SITREPs, and recommendations for CISA leadership.
• Support briefing materials, talking points, and decision papers for DHS officials using TS/SCI information.
• Participate in bilateral and multilateral engagements; support cooperative activities.
• Capture findings from engagements and assess implications for CISA's strategy.
• Collaborate with analysts to create dashboards and interactive reports for decision-makers.
• Contribute to daily/weekly reporting and keep engagement databases updated.
