Job summary

Ryan LLC in Plano, TX seeks a Manager, Security Operations and Office Support to lead Security and Office Support Operations, oversee the switchboard, reception, and global physical security, and sustain business continuity across corporate resources.

You will hire, coach, and supervise team members; manage budgets and KPIs; coordinate security vendors; and champion a proactive security culture throughout the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years supervisory experience in a customer service-related field required.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation and research.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive team member experience and leads Security and Office Support Operations.
• Oversees switchboard, reception, and global physical security; ensures business continuity.
• Provides leadership for customer service; manages staffing, training and performance.
• Monitors security access systems, coordinates with vendors and conducts audits.
• Partners to develop annual budgets and manage Workday requisitions and POs.
• Ensures compliance with internal security policies and enterprise-wide initiatives.
