Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Global Security is seeking a Security Manager to oversee guard operations, coordinate policy with Real Estate, and manage risk across multiple facilities. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

You will collaborate with Global Security Leadership, site management, and external partners, and you must pass government screening. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in security are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a security role or similar law enforcement/military background.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Exhibit decision-making and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a stressful environment.
• Strong security product understanding.
• Pass enhanced background screening.
• Pass government screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations for multiple facilities, including guard staff operations, security equipment, incident response, and policy issues.
• Coordinate policy and procedures with internal partners such as Real Estate, site management, and department management to ensure compliance with existing policies.
• Evaluate the risk and the application of policy/procedures and physical security tools to meet the ongoing needs of staff and property, adapting and updating as needed.
• Liaise with external partners to include local law enforcement, first responders, and regional emergency management agencies.
• Manage and oversee team participation in audits and risk assessments.
