Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a security role or similar law enforcement/military background.
• Exhibit decision-making and management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Pass enhanced background screening.
• Pass government screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations for multiple facilities, including guard staff operations, security equipment, incident response, and policy issues. This includes management of site access control, intrusion alarms, and video.
• Coordinate policy and procedures with internal partners such as Real Estate, site management, and department management to ensure compliance with existing policies.
• Evaluate the risk and the application of policy/procedures and physical security tools to meet the ongoing needs of staff and property, adapting and updating as needed.
• Liaise with external partners to include local law enforcement, first responders, and regional emergency management agencies.
• Manage and oversee team participation in audits and risk assessments.
