Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations for multiple facilities, including guard staff operations, security equipment, incident response, and policy issues.
• Coordinate policy and procedures with internal partners such as Real Estate, site management, and department management to ensure compliance with existing policies.
• Evaluate the risk and the application of policy/procedures and physical security tools to meet the ongoing needs of staff and property.
• Liaise with external partners to include local law enforcement, first responders, and regional emergency management agencies.
• Manage and oversee team participation in audits and risk assessments.
