Job summary

A leading security consultancy in the United States is seeking a Security Operations Leader to drive their global operations strategy. This role involves leading a high-performing team for 24/7 security monitoring, incident response, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should have extensive cybersecurity experience, particularly in SOC environments, and proven leadership capabilities. Qualifications

• 8-12 years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in SOC/IR and 3+ in detection & response.
• Proven incident commander for high-severity events.
• Experience managing MDR providers and running tabletop exercises.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers.
• Define and execute a roadmap for detection and response workflows.
• Conduct threat hunts and lead major incident response efforts.
