Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in physical security or account management.
• 3–5 years at the senior director level.
• Global operational experience required; background in data centers, threat response, or PSOC leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and crisis management capabilities; process-driven mindset.
