GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Operator in Santa Clara, CA. Offer includes full-time and part-time schedules (24–32 hours/week) with an hourly wage of $33, plus benefits and uniform provided.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, reporting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement. Candidates must hold a state security license, BSIS security trainings, and at least 2 years GSOC experience, with HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• State security license and 32hr BSIS security trainings required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two years GSOC experience required.
• Experience using Lenel, CCure or similar systems.
• Experience creating, issuing and collecting badges for employees, visitors, vendors & contractors.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications Of a Global Security Operations Center Operator

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have two years of GSOC experience
• Must experience using systems like Lenel, CCure and similar systems
• Must have experience creating, issuing and collecting badges for new employees, visitors, vendors & contractors
• Must be 21 years of age
• Please include your most up to date GSOC operator resume
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
