Job summary

Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles is seeking a GSOC Analyst embedded with the Security & Safety team to support safety, security, and crisis operations globally.

The role integrates access control, security systems, emergency response coordination, and threat intelligence analysis, emphasizing collaboration with HR, IT, Facilities, and leadership to safeguard CAA’s operations and personnel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience or education in operations, tech, or security.
• Experience with Genetec or other security technology hardware and software; security cameras and operations; project management; Microsoft Office Suite; CPTED.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees through access control, badging, parking access, and decommissioning users; maintain accurate access levels.
• Input, process, print, and maintain all badging and access control information; generate occupancy/access reports.
• Coordinate security camera/video management systems, alarms, and other technologies; assist in maintenance and daily operations.
• Serve as front-facing representative for the Security & Safety team; provide customer-service oriented support for access-control issues and emergencies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT/Tech, Facilities Operations, and building management to ensure effective communication.
• Assist with video management systems and other physical security operations as directed by leadership.
• Review intelligence data feeds to mitigate threats to CAA property and personnel; contribute to proactive security measures.
• Collaborate with Intelligence to interpret threat data and develop messaging for local leadership.
• Support emergency management by coordinating incident responses and aiding activation of the Incident Assessment Team.
