Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee global security policies, procedures and standards.
• Provide guidance on physical security, risk identification, analysis and crisis management.
• Act as interface for safety and security across Jhpiego.
• Lead security risk analysis and measure program effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships for safety services and products.
• Prepare investigations reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead travel security planning for executives and staff.
• Mentor and coach security staff towards organizational goals.
• Recruit and build a diverse, high-performing team.
