Job summary

Merck is offering a Future Talent Program internship within the Global Security Group, North America. You will support investigations, assist on M&A security tasks, and gain experience with enterprise security tools while collaborating with Legal, HR, and Site Security teams.

The role requires ongoing college enrollment and offers a 10–12 week full-time internship beginning Summer 2027, with hybrid work arrangements and a salary range reflective of internships.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Preferred concentrations include Data Analytics, Criminology/Security, Behavioral Sciences, or Business.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support investigations in the North America Regional Investigations team.
• Assist in research on proposed mergers and acquisitions.
• Document and support security integration activities.
• Familiarize with enterprise tools used by Global Security (Case Management, Badge, Video Surveillance, Watch List).
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Site Security, and Health Services.
