Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing enterprise security systems (CCTV, access control, VMS, IDS, or fire/alarm).
• 1+ years of direct leadership across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Systems and Technology Organization globally.
• Mentor and develop the Security Hardware Specialist team.
• Develop strategy, roadmap, and change management for security tech.
• Oversee end-to-end hardware integration across platforms and sites.
• Manage vendor relations and large-scale security projects.
