The role requires extensive experience with Genetec, Lenel, and Avigilon, strong vendor management, and the ability to deliver multi-site projects on schedule. TS/SCI eligibility and ITAR awareness are essential.

• Lead the hardware and systems organization for security technology
• Mentor and develop global Security Hardware Specialist team
• Develop strategy and roadmaps for security systems
• Integrate access control, video surveillance, IDS with IT infrastructure
• Act as Principal Administrator for enterprise platforms (Genetec, Lenel, Avigilon)
• Maintain SOPs, Confluence, and JIRA for projects
• Oversee budget, headcount, and performance metrics
