Job summary

Culmen International seeks a Sr Finance Manager for a hybrid role based in the United States. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Security, and partners with the CFO and corporate finance to lead the division’s project-finance activities and manage assigned program finance personnel.

You will oversee the full project-finance lifecycle, including Costpoint setup, billing, accruals, forecasting, and closeout, coordinating with program leadership, Contracts, Pricing, Procurement, and

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CMA, PMP or another relevant credential.
• Experience supporting international programs and complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, billing, and EACs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project-finance lifecycle: setup, billing, accruals, and reporting.
• Manage revenue, cost, margin, funding, and cash forecasting.
• Develop, validate, and communicate bottom-up EACs and estimates to complete.
• Oversee Deltek Costpoint project setup, invoicing, and revenue formulas.
• Collaborate with program leadership, Contracts, Pricing, Procurement, and Accounting.
