Job summary

Culmen International seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Global Security division's project-finance activities and manage program finance teams in a fast-paced government contracting environment. This hands-on role covers budgeting, invoicing, accruals, and forecasting with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires deep Deltek Costpoint expertise, 10+ years in program finance, and the ability to communicate complex financial issues to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in program finance, project controls, billing, or government-contracting finance.
• Experience supporting U.S. government contracts in international environments.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and cost-management skills.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal financial advisor to VP, Global Security and senior leadership.
• Lead financial management across revenue, cost, margin, cash, and funding.
• Develop bottom-up EACs and Estimates to Complete with program managers.
• Ensure forecasts reflect staffing, labor, procurements, subcontracts, and contracts.
• Identify cost overruns and financial risks early for action.
• Prepare portfolio forecasts, dashboards, and variance analyses for execs.
• Oversee monthly accruals, invoicing, and receivables management.
