Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field and applicable certifications.
• 8–12 years in security, emergency management or risk fields with leadership.
• Experience building enterprise security and emergency programs.
• Experience with risk assessments, threats, and contingency planning.
• Experience leading exercises and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern global security strategy, standards, and governance.
• Lead risk assessments, threat analyses, and mitigation planning.
• Develop emergency standards and response protocols globally.
• Coordinate crisis management and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, and Supply Chain to integrate security.
