Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Director of Global Security to lead the company’s security strategy and operations worldwide. You will protect employees, facilities, assets and business continuity, reporting to the Senior Director of Global EHS, and work within a remote-capable global team.

You will build world-class security programs, manage enterprise risk, develop policies, and coordinate cross-function with EHS, Legal, HR and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks as part of enterprise risk & threat management.
• Establish security policies, standards, and operating models across regions; align with global security strategy.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and mitigation plans; oversee physical security systems.
