EPAM Systems in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Security Service Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead a critical security delivery engagement for a global enterprise client. You will act as the single point of contact for delivery, orchestrating stakeholder communication and ensuring high-quality, outcome-driven results.

You will oversee governance across 250+ applications, coordinate on-site and offshore teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risk, and mentor a team of security

Qualifications

Extensive delivery/program management experience in technical environments.
Strong governance and stakeholder engagement with multiple directors and teams.
Solid background in security domains including DevSecOps, GRC, and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of the Security Service and report to senior leadership.
Lead cross-site collaboration between on-site and offshore teams to meet timelines and budgets.
Engage with security and product leadership to align targets and governance across projects.
Proactively resolve delivery challenges and guide stakeholders to decisive outcomes.
Foster a consultancy mindset and enable product teams to adopt secure software practices.
Mentor and develop a high-performing security delivery team.
