Job summary

Meta is seeking a Global Security Core Technology Director in Menlo Park, CA to own the strategy, design, and operation of core physical security systems across offices, data centers, and sites. The role requires guiding scalable technology and processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to embed Global Security standards in design and operations.

You will shape multi-year roadmaps, oversee integrations, and work with vendors to align hardware lifecycles with Meta’s security vision.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, design, and operation of Core Systems used for physical security.
• Lead the architecture of server and cloud environments for security workloads.
• Drive integrations and automations that connect security systems into a cohesive technology stack.
• Develop 3–5 year roadmaps aligned to Global Security OKRs and objectives.
• Lead manufacturing vendors on hardware direction and lifecycle management.
