Meta is seeking a Global Security Core Technology Director to own strategy and operations for core security systems across offices, data centers, and retail sites. You will guide architecture, automate integration, and drive roadmaps aligned to Meta's long-term vision.

You will lead a global team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure design standards are embedded into operations. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in physical security systems or related infrastructure engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise across access control, video management, and reader hardware.
• Experience designing server/cloud environments for security workloads.
• Budget ownership and ability to forecast across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, design, and operation of Core Systems for global security.
• Lead architecture of server and cloud environments for security workloads.
• Develop roadmaps aligned to OKRs and long-term vision.
• Manage vendor contracts and drive cross-functional collaboration.
