Job summary

EY is seeking a Director of Global Lead Security Compliance & Enforcement to shape the strategy and operating model for Security Compliance within Technology Assurance, Risk & Policy. You will lead a globally distributed team and provide senior leadership with decision-quality information on posture, enforcement, and remediation.

You will collaborate with CTOs, risk and audit stakeholders, and governance forums to align policy requirements with business impact, drive risk reduction, and advance

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of cyber security, technology and data risk, policy compliance, control assurance, and GRC operations.
• Understanding of ISO 27001/27002, ISO 31000, COBIT, unified compliance frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical exposure and compliance data into business risk and decisions.
• Experience leading global operating models, portfolio governance, monitoring, dashboards, executive reporting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Security Compliance strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a globally distributed, capability-led organization.
• Own global policy compliance and enforcement including backlog reduction.
• Build data-driven risk intelligence with dashboards and executive reporting.
• Direct remediation and technology-lifecycle governance including AI and DataGuard obligations.
• Establish compliance governance for frontier AI and emerging-technologies.
