Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Senior Advisor, Advocacy & Awareness to strengthen stakeholder engagement and elevate our strategic communications across Global Security. You will translate complex initiatives into clear, audience-focused messaging for internal and external audiences, collaborating across regional teams and with Product Integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, public relations, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional business writing and presentation development.
• Experience developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns.
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic communications and content development across Global Security and Product Integrity initiatives.
• Develop written, verbal, and visual communications for multiple channels and audiences.
• Coordinate advocacy and stakeholder engagement with regional teams to ensure alignment.
• Plan and execute communication plans, including quarterly and annual reports.
• Provide day-to-day communications support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Operate effectively in a collaborative, global, and regulated environment.
