Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-profile security installation projects. You will lead project teams, strategize execution, and ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation while fostering strong client relationships and delivering results. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience are preferred, with PMP or advanced certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of managing large and complex projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, strategic planning, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
