Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management professional to support the development, communication and implementation of Global SCM strategies. The role focuses on Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, and data-driven process improvements.

The successful candidate will build and refine weekly reports (PPV, COTD, SPPM) and maintain data files for compliance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the US operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years OR Associate's Degree with minimum 7 years experience in supply chain, finance or IS related experience.
• Technical Capabilities in: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP and Power BI (preferred).
• Good listening and communication skills with the ability to turn requests into reports and processes quickly.
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation of SCM standards, tools and processes for MONM to include SCMIS Reporting, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability and Regulatory Demands on SCM.
• Analyzes data needs to identify best solutions and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and value for the SCM Organization.
• Create, maintain and refine weekly reporting on PPV, COTD, SPPM, Spend, Compliance and drive "information" from the data files
• Maintain data files and support activities for Supplier Conflict Mineral Compliance, Reach, ROHS or any related activities
