Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in supply chain systems, SAP, or related business applications.
• Strong expertise in supply chain processes, with emphasis on production planning and procurement.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6; S/4HANA experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply chain systems strategy and roadmap, aligning technology, data, and processes with business objectives.
• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of SAP supply chain solutions, ensuring system stability and data integrity.
• Drive analytics, automation, and standardization to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team with cross-functional partnerships and change adoption.
