Job summary

The MSD Malaysia internship program offers a 10–12 week summer opportunity in Global Scientific Value Content. You will work with leaders to develop and communicate scientific content, analyze literature, and gain exposure to strategic planning and cross‑functional collaboration in a pharma setting.

Under supervision, you will build writing and analytical skills, with guidance from a preceptor, and interact with Medical Affairs and Liaisons while using approved AI tools to advance content

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in the sciences or related field.
• Candidates must be returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Knowledge of literature searches and using published literature in content development.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize information, multi-task, and manage time; some presentation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Author content aligned to Annual Value and Implementation Plan under supervision.
• Review materials for relevance, accuracy, and alignment with literature and company standards.
• Engage stakeholders in development, review, and approval of deliverables.
• Communicate availability of GSVC deliverables to cross-functional teams.
• Use company-approved AI tools to support content development while maintaining rigor and compliance.
• Learn cross‑functional collaboration with teams like Medical Information, Publications, and MRL staff.
• Complete required trainings and self‑development materials.
