Merck is seeking a Director, Global Scientific & Value Content within the Value & Implementation organization. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Payor Team Lead, and collaborates with U.S. Medical Affairs Payer & Health Systems and Global Scientific Training to shape content strategy.

You will lead annual planning and content development—medical information letters, payer and health-systems materials, and field-ready training—ensuring timely deployment across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Annual planning and content development for payer and health-systems materials.
• Develops medical information letters, verbal response documents, infographics, disease- and product-related slide decks, and global congress medical booth materials.
• Translates scientific evidence into field-ready training and resources for payor and health-system teams.
• Engages stakeholders and coordinates the review and approval processes for Global Scientific & Value Content.
• Coordinates with Global Expert Management and Strategy Consulting & Medical Education for input and coverage planning.
