Qualifications

• MD/PharmD/PhD with minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs (e.g., medical communications, medical information, medical liaison, publications)
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare systems, payor processes, and clinical pathways
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Outcomes Research, health services research, epidemiology, HTA, or related field in pharma

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual Global Scientific & Value Content plans aligned with the Value & Implementation Plan.
• Create and oversee medical information letters, verbal responses, slides, and digital content.
• Develop payer and health systems scientific content for US/global launches and updates.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews, Medical Legal Review, and approvals for proactive content.
• Mentor team members and drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements
