Job summary

Accenture is seeking an accomplished SAP Transformation Senior Leader to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs for CG&S/Utilities clients in the United States. You will lead global delivery, manage governance, and align business and IT executives around a shared transformation vision.

You will mentor teams, optimize delivery through AI and automation, and ensure measurable business value while controlling cost and risk across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of SAP delivery, program management, or transformation leadership experience.
• Proven delivery leadership roles for large SAP transformation programs.
• Minimum 6 years in SAP transformation leadership for CG&S/Utilities.
• Two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability.
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources).
• Strong SAP methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management.
• Experience managing program financials, stakeholders, vendors, risks.
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI/automation to improve SAP delivery.
• Prior consulting or advisory experience for enterprise transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) or Associate's degree with 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs and ensure value realization.
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, and financial management across SAP S/4HANA builds.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Guide teams through milestones: design, build, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation and analytics.
