Horizontal Talent is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect to drive design, architecture, and configuration of enterprise finance solutions in a global transformation program.

You will guide finance modernization, ensure scalable and compliant platforms, and lead governance across GL, AP, AR, FA, and reporting. This role requires seasoned leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• 5+ years as SAP Finance lead or solution architect.
• Experience guiding global finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives.
• Define finance operating models using SAP leading practices.
• Design scalable, maintainable solutions with clean-core principles.
• Guide finance transformation, ERP modernization, and process redesign.
• Lead governance for ledger design, COA, fiscal year variants, and universal journal.
• Review specs and designs for consistency and quality across deployments.
• Shape reporting and analytics to meet statutory, regulatory, and management needs.
• Collaborate with finance leaders, data migration, integration, and security teams.
• Support all project phases from design to hypercare and testing.
• Mentor consultants and lead governance within projects.
