Job summary

Woodward Inc. seeks a Level 2 SAP MM Source to Pay Analyst to support end-to-end procurement lifecycles. You will work with global teams to design, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA capabilities across sites, ensuring standardized and compliant processes.

You will handle documentation, testing, and stakeholder training as part of the role. Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, coordinating cross-functional design, and mentoring junior staff, with travel as required by the multi-year

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Source to Pay processes including purchasing, sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel ~5-10% as project requires.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Source to Pay lifecycle across multiple sites.
• Perform functional testing, defect resolution, and hypercare support.
• Configure platform modules and ensure cross-module integration with finance and inventory.
• Coordinate with global business and IT teams for rollout and cutover activities.
• Mentor team members and manage small-to-medium development efforts.
