Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Lead ERP Program Manager to drive the global SAP S/4HANA transformation, delivering complex ERP programs, governance, and enterprise-wide change.

You will partner with business leaders, SAP functional/technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with priorities, leveraging SAP Activate and Agile practices to enable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• SAP training and/or certification in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Supply Chain preferred.
• SAP certifications in SAP Activate Methodology, SAP Solution Manager desirable.
• Minimum 8 years of program/project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP ERP across multiple versions and domains.
• Experience leading SAP programs and full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with global SAP rollouts using a global template deployment.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
• Experience applying SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery in large ERP programs.
• Experience using SAP Solution Manager for documentation, BPM, and governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners in complex programs.
• Strong governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution skills.
• Proven record of driving business transformation and change management.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP S/4HANA initiatives, including greenfield implementations and major enhancements.
• Govern program plans, dependencies, resources, and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and maintain governance structures and executive reporting.
• Drive organizational change and measure business value realization.
