Job summary

Apptad Inc in Reno, NV, is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation and enhancement programs within a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes delivering SAP ECC projects, managing scope, budget, and stakeholder communications, and aligning initiatives with operational goals.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is highly desirable, along with PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

12–15 years of SAP delivery experience with at least 5 years in PM/PgM.
Proven SAP ECC delivery across implementation, rollout, upgrade or enhancement projects.
Strong manufacturing domain understanding and global, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP program and project delivery across ECC and related enterprise applications.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Drive governance, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
Manage cutover planning, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
Collaborate with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing objectives.
Support SAP S/4HANA assessment, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.
