Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of SAP Functional Consultants.
• Oversee functional delivery across customer projects with clear scope and timelines.
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks and customer-impacting issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Product, Technical, Data, Customer Success, and Support.
• Ensure high-quality SAP deliverables from requirements gathering to go-live readiness.
• Drive capacity planning, utilization management, and continuous improvement.
