Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to operate in a start-up style environment within Leo Finance Technology. You will oversee a portfolio of system implementations, including SAP and other integrations, from design through deployment.

The role requires coordinating agile plans, managing risks, and communicating status to senior leadership while aligning with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in program management, strong data-driven decision abilities, and experience

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Export Control Requirement: U.S. citizen or eligible status under export laws.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of system implementation projects from design through deployment and support, including SAP and non-SAP solutions.
Build agile delivery plans and deployment project plans, and actively manage risks and issues that impact delivery.
Manage the project backlog, apply agile principles to plan sprints, and manage cross-team dependencies.
Gather business requirements to develop use cases and partner with development teams to build features.
Drive project schedules from design to release and oversee production launches of products/features.
Communicate project status clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
Develop program and team processes and tools as required.
