Constellation Search Group is seeking an SAP Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of global finance technology solutions with a focus on SAP Finance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8-10 years of IT and enterprise finance technology experience.
• 5+ years of experience with global financial systems including SAP ECC/S4HANA Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Expertise in SAP Treasury, Risk Management and related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build cross-functional relationships with finance and treasury leadership.
• Translate business strategies into technology capabilities and maintain the roadmap for finance solutions.
• Serve as the solution authority for General Ledger, Treasury and SAP solutions.
• Define and uphold technology standards within the finance domain and align with enterprise architecture.
• Lead finance technology initiatives including SAP implementations and optimizations.
• Provide architectural oversight and manage risks for finance technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Guide teams through complex design decisions focused on business requirements and scalability.
• Invest in personal growth and drive change management and technology adoption across teams.
