Job summary

Avient Corporation seeks an SAP Business Integration Lead to drive the global SAP-enabled transformation, shaping scalable SAP solutions and leading end-to-end initiatives across ECC and/or S/4HANA. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and external partners to translate strategy into sustainable processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to manage complex programs, and focus on standardization, minimizing customization, and delivering long-term business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of progressive SAP leadership with full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge in SAP domains such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Finance or Logistics.
• Ability to lead global initiatives with multiple stakeholders and high delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP end-to-end implementations and transformations across ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Partner with business and IT to align SAP roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues to protect program momentum.
• Direct and manage system integrators, consultants, and partners to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute cutover, go-live, and data migration activities; ensure business readiness.
