Job summary

MKS Instruments in Andover, MA is seeking a Senior SAP FICO Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and rollout of SAP FI/CO across global projects.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting in multi-entity environments (USA, Europe, APAC). This onsite role requires strong finance SME capabilities and experience with Treasury and tax, plus third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• Sap FI/CO with 5+ years of multinational experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts and support.
• Familiarity with multi-entity finance, statutory compliance and global reporting.
• Willing to work aligned to European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions across global and regional projects.
• Execute configuration and support across SAP FI components: GL, AP, AR, Bank Config, Payment File Setup, Bank Communications (EBICS, SWIFT), Treasury, Tax, and Audit.
• Execute SAP CO configuration: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing & Controlling, COPA.
• Ensure integration and support for SAP Project System (PS) cost flow and settlement processes.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and align SAP solutions with business goals.
• Manage large SAP FICO projects ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Support and integrate third‑party applications (VIM, Kofax, Coupa, HFM, tax engines) and middleware.
• Oversee SAP-related projects from initiation through closure; coordinate with IT and business users for testing, documentation, and training.
