Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a senior Data Migration Lead to drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations in a global enterprise setting. The role requires deep SAP migration experience and a track record leading complex data moves across regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end data migration programs, mentor teams, and collaborate across functional and technical stakeholders to ensure data readiness, integrity, and successful cutovers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP data migration experience.
• Hands-on with Syniti tools (ADM/DSP/Migrate).
• Strong SAP data structures knowledge across FI/CO/MM/SD.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Serve as the primary data migration subject matter expert across multiple workstreams.
• Design, plan, and manage data objects, data loads, mock conversions, and cutover activities.
• Utilize Syniti tools for profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data readiness and integrity.
• Establish data governance standards, controls, and migration best practices.
• Identify risks related to data quality and migration timelines; provide mitigations.
• Lead and mentor data migration team members and offshore/onshore resources.
