Job summary

NeerInfo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. seeks a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to own end-to-end data migration strategy for a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The role coordinates data mapping, transformation, quality, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and production sign-off across multiple systems, ensuring accurate, timely migration of business-critical data.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP data migration experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP data migration rather than advisory work.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, data extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall SAP data migration strategy, object inventory, migration waves, sequencing, mock loads, and cutover approach.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, transformation rules, cleansing, validation, and data-quality activities.
• Coordinate data extraction, staging, transformation, SAP loading, validation, and business remediation across multiple systems.
• Define data requirements, ownership, and remediation processes with business and technical data owners.
• Define and manage reconciliation processes covering data volumes, financials, WIP, revenue, margins, and functional validation.
• Coordinate migration activities across SAP S/4HANA and connected legacy/source systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, production migration, and hypercare.
• Track migration readiness, defects, risks, dependencies, and decisions through governance and reporting.
• Provide migration evidence and support stakeholders through final sign-off.
• Work within a SAFe Agile / PI delivery model and enterprise SAP governance.
• Partner with onsite, offshore, business, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to own and drive the end-to-end data migration strategy for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role will be responsible for migration planning, data mapping and transformation, data quality, reconciliation, testing, cutover, and production sign-off

.The successful candidate will work closely with business, functional, technical, and data teams across a complex multi-system environment and will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled migration of business-critical data into SAP S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall SAP data migration strategy, object inventory, migration waves, sequencing, mock loads, and cutover approach.

Lead source-to-target data mapping, transformation rules, cleansing, validation, and data-quality activities.

Coordinate data extraction, staging, transformation, SAP loading, validation, and business remediation across multiple systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12+ years of SAP data migration experience, including multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations or go-lives.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end SAP data migration rather than purely advisory or functional activities.
• Hands-on understanding of ETL, data extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Experience migrating data related to:
• SAP Service Contracts and Service Orders
• Materials and Vendors
• Installed Base / Equipment
• Financial and operational data
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and integration with legacy systems.
• Experience coordinating business and technical data owners across large transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments with structured sprint and PI planning.
