Blue Skies Consulting is expanding its data practice and seeks an SAP Data Migration Lead to manage data migration from legacy sources into SAP S/4HANA. The role involves leading a team, designing mappings, and ensuring data quality and governance across large-scale transformations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in SAP data migrations, strong SQL skills, and hands-on experience with SAP migration tools.

Qualifications

Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP implementation or migration projects.

Responsibilities

Collaboration with clients and internal teams to understand data migration requirements and develop migration plans.
Analyze source/target data structures and create detailed data mappings and transformation rules.
Lead end-to-end data migration execution, monitoring progress and addressing issues to minimize downtime.
Establish data quality processes, validation procedures, and reconciliation checks.
Document migration processes, data mappings, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Define end-to-end migration strategy, scope, and cutover plan.
Lead technical teams in extracting, cleansing, transforming, and loading data using SAP S/4HANA tools.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance throughout the project.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders for go-live readiness.
