Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Trade Sanctions Analyst to partner with the Global Trade Sanctions General Counsel and Compliance teams. The role focuses on ensuring ongoing compliance with U.S., EU, UK, and other sanctions laws across Honeywell's operations.

Based in Washington, DC or Charlotte, NC, you will analyze transactions and relationships for sanctions risk, perform due diligence, and support screening controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the sanctions program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with U.S. sanctions laws and regulations.
• At least 1 year of government or regulated industry experience in U.S. sanctions laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in sanctions screening tools and compliance software to identify and assess risks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions, relationships and portfolios for sanctions compliance.
• Perform screening and due diligence of customers and transactions for sanctions risk.
• Analyze escalations and required sanctions reporting.
• Manage sanctions reviews and communicate with business/functional lines to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT and other compliance functions to improve sanctions controls.
• Manage a portfolio of sanctions compliance projects.
