This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • Lead a team responsible for enterprise‑wide technology effectiveness, including implementation, training, adoption, governance, and value analysis.
  • Partner with global and cross‑functional internal stakeholders to drive alignment of enablement strategies for diverse business objectives while standardizing best practices and enabling localized execution.
  • Drive stronger value realization by connecting technology usage to measurable business outcomes, including seller efficiency, customer experience, speed to market, pipeline support, revenue opportunity growth, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce and adjacent sales technology capabilities, balancing stakeholder needs, business priorities, compliance requirements, and long‑term operational strategy.
  • Strengthen adoption and usage by ensuring sellers and managers understand how to effectively leverage available tools, reporting, and workflows in support of business objectives.
  • Improve the team's analytical capability by helping define performance insights, adoption analytics, utilization reporting, and value stories that demonstrate how technology supports business outcomes.
  • Lead governance and prioritization across varied stakeholder needs, ensuring tool usage, enhancements, and processes remain aligned with audit, compliance, and global regulatory expectations.
  • Partner cross‑functionally and globally with business, procurement, legal, technology, operations, compliance, finance and sales leadership teams to ensure consistent execution while allowing for appropriate localization.
  • Support the organization's continued exploration of AI‑enabled sales operations, including how AI and automation can improve seller efficiency, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce, sales technology, or seller enablement capabilities, with the ability to translate platform usage into measurable business outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading, coaching, and developing teams, ideally in a globally matrixed or remote environment where stakeholder alignment and prioritization are critical.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to align technology capabilities, roadmaps, and operational priorities to business goals, revenue outcomes, user adoption, and ROI.
  • Strong analytical orientation, with experience using data, reporting, utilization insights, and performance metrics to evaluate adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and tell a clear value story to stakeholders.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment or supporting governance, audit, compliance, or global legal requirements within technology‑enabled business processes.
Required Technical Skills
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, including a practical understanding of how users navigate, adopt, report on, and gain value from CRM capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of sales technology tools and capabilities beyond CRM, such as email platforms, calling/phone platforms, data enrichment tools, account planning solutions, utilization reporting, or seller productivity tools; Gong, Backstory experience preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate sales technology utilization, adoption, and ROI through reporting, dashboards, user feedback, performance insights, or similar measurement frameworks and present findings to leadership.
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, operational controls, and global compliance standards tied to sales technology usage in a complex business environment.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation concepts as they apply to operations, seller enablement, productivity, or workflow optimization.
