Heraeus Medevio, a global technology group, seeks a Senior Salesforce & Business Analyst to lead Salesforce architecture, data governance, and reporting across global sales processes. Hybrid role based in Minnesota, with flexibility between Fridley and White Bear Lake locations.

Responsibilities include managing Salesforce, data integrity, and collaborations with IT, Sales, and Marketing to drive end-to-end improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or other data-driven discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in conducting quantitative analysis and custom reports.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience using and customizing CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Ability to distill complex data and information into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Highly detail-oriented, process-minded, and focused on problem solving.
• Ability to move between both Minnesota locations, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own SalesForce model architecture, data and reporting logic and governance.
• Define and implement the global SalesForce roadmap.
• Manage integration of applications connected to SalesForce.com (e.g., Azure SSO, Conga).
• Create training materials and conduct trainings for users.
• Engage with stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose CRM solutions.
