Job summary

3M's SIBG Automotive Aftermarkets Division is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor to design and deliver engaging training programs for our global sales team. The role combines in-person, eLearning, and virtual formats to strengthen both power and technical selling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and verified prior to start.
• Three years of sales experience in various environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence others to positive action and goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead training solutions for internal sales professionals across in-person, eLearning, and virtual formats.
• Coordinate external customer training sessions including on-site in St. Paul and virtual sessions.
• Act as SME for sales processes, tools, and related content within AAD.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with products and markets.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching through ride-alongs and 1:1 sessions.
• Stay current with industry trends and collaborate with leadership.
