Welch’s is seeking a Global Sales Operations Senior Manager to drive the operational strategy for international growth from our Waltham, MA headquarters. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing planning, forecasting, partner operations, and cross-functional commercialization.

You will establish co-manufacturing locations, manage inventories, and optimize supplier and distributor performance while partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Food Safety & Quality,
